Frequently asked questions
How much does Ryzox cost?
Two plans, the same product on both sides: 24.90 € per month up to 100 members, 49.90 € per month above. Pay yearly and two months are free. Prices also exist in Mauritian rupees and in dollars.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No. The trial runs for 30 days, with no card, and you stop the subscription whenever you decide. Your data stays exportable until the last day.
Do my members have to install an app?
They can: Ryzox is on iPhone and Android, in French and in English. They can also book from a browser, with nothing to install. Either way they get a reminder before their class.
How long does it take to get started?
As long as it takes to set up your class schedule, usually about ten minutes together. You describe your typical week once, and the app generates the classes ahead without you coming back to it.
How are cancellations and no-shows handled?
You set the booking window and the cancellation deadline: the software is what says no past the deadline, not you. A released spot is taken again straight away, and a coach marks no-shows after the class, from their phone.
What happens to my data if I stop?
It is yours. You can export it at any time from your account, and you can ask for it to be deleted. It is hosted in France, with OVH.
Why Ryzox exists
Running a gym is already a job. Keeping a timetable current, chasing cancellations and recounting spots is not.
Ryzox exists to make that time disappear, and to give an independent gym the same tool as the big chains without the price. Every rule in the software comes from a real gym and an owner who asked for it, never from a meeting.
Fifteen years building software, including one for sports event organisers, sold in 2023. This one I am building to last. I am the one who answers when you write, and the one who sets up your class schedule with you.
