Delete your account

From the app, in three steps

1. Open “My account”.
2. Under “My data”, choose “Delete my account”.
3. Enter your email address AND your password to confirm.

It is immediate and cannot be undone. That is what the two proofs are for: the action starts neither on a stray tap nor on a phone left unlocked.

On the website the path is the same but for one word: “My account”, then “Your data”, then “Delete my account”. It asks for the same two proofs.

If you can no longer reach the app

Write to us from your account’s email address, saying you are requesting deletion. We verify your identity before acting: without that check, anyone could have someone else’s account erased. Allow two business days.

What is erased

• Your first name, last name, email address and password.
• Your gym memberships, and therefore your access.
• Devices registered for notifications.
• Your upcoming bookings, which are cancelled and the spots released.

What is kept

Your past bookings and no-shows stay in your gym’s attendance figures, no longer linked to you. They are then no longer personal data, only numbers. The privacy policy explains this in detail.
